When I was a child, I always thought that the weather was universal. I mean that, whatever weather I was experiencing, was the same weather that everyone else in the world was experiencing.
Obviously, this is not true. As soon as I had a car, I could drive around and see that weather changes radically within a few miles. Right now I'm here in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they have been having a hundred year drought, and it is raining. It's a gentle rain and I'm sitting on the porch listening. It's a peaceful, quiet night, and I'm happy to be alive. I hope that your weather is good to you too.
